Runs searcher on landscape for budget trials under study seed seed.

Drives the real Study loop (single worker, ManualClock, MemStorage) rather than the sampler seam directly, because a stateful sampler only learns through after_trial — which the loop calls and harness::optimize deliberately does not. This is the same reason dehb_bench drives the loop.

Errors

Whatever the study reports: a malformed space, or a sampler that refuses the study (CMA-ES refuses a space with no continuous dimension — the built-in landscapes never are).
