The fidelity DEHB assigns to each of its first jobs jobs.

DEHB’s bracket cursor advances one job per ask and depends only on the schedule — never on what the population learned — so this shadow run reproduces the fidelity sequence of a real DEHB run exactly (a property the unit tests assert). That is what lets run_on_ladder replay the identical resource schedule under a different config generator.
