The tuned PB2 scheduler the oracle uses over drift_problem.

Ranks every segment (interval = 1), a wide exploit fraction so the population deepens through the schedule (matched to tuned_pbt), a fixed UCB weight β = 2 (measured best over {0.5, 1, 2} on the drift problem — a little more exploration than PB2’s default √(c₁·ln(c₂·N)) schedule, which pays on a fast drift), and the GP-UCB explore step on.

atune_core::Error::InvalidSpace never (the interval is non-zero).
