pub fn fan_scope(study: StudyId, trial: TrialId) -> Scope

The independently keyed state scope for a trial’s replicate fan.

Readers retain compatibility with the historical Scope::Trial slot, but all new fan writes use this key so retry lineage cannot overwrite the fan (or vice versa).
