Constant REPOSITORY_DOCS_PREFIXES
const REPOSITORY_DOCS_PREFIXES: [(&str, &str); 2];Expand description
The repository forms M7.D7 used and M7.D9b swept away.
Both of GitHub’s spellings. blob/main/docs/<page>.md is the one the sweep
met, because it is what the “copy link” button gives for a file; tree/main/docs/
is what it gives for a directory, is what §1.3.31 names when it records the
form, and is what a hand-written citation of a section — …/tree/main/docs/howto/
— spells. Only the first was rejected, so the second was a repository link check 1
existed to forbid and did not see (§1.3.152).
Spelled in two halves on purpose. This checker reads its own source like every
other file in the tree, so a single literal here would make check 1 fail on the
file that implements it — and exempting this file would be a hole in exactly the
check whose value is that it has none. concat! resolves at compile time, so the
strings the scan uses are whole prefixes while the source carries no half in a
form the scan matches.
Each entry is the ref-and-kind segment, for quoting back the form actually found, and the whole prefix the scan matches.
