fn missing_relaxation(entry: &Relaxation) -> Error

The failure for a relaxed lint that the mirror does not state at all.

Absent is not the same as relaxed. A mirror with no unsafe_code line inherits nothing — there is no table to inherit from — so the crate would build with the lint simply off, which is looser than either side intended.
