Function paragraphs 

fn paragraphs(text: &str) -> Vec<String>

Splits help text into paragraphs, each collapsed onto one line.

clap keeps a doc comment’s blank lines (they separate paragraphs) and its wrapped lines (they do not). Markdown agrees about the first and disagrees about the second, so the wrapping is undone here — a soft line break inside a list item would end the item.
