Renders one sampled value using the executor’s stable textual convention.

This is intentionally kept beside materialization: the next layer receives strings, while this layer is the only place that knows how typed sampled values become Oniro config values.

Errors

Returns SpikeError::Materialize if a categorical value has no label at the requested index or if a categorical value is paired with a non-categorical distribution.
