Placement for SpacedeckExecutor::pick: spacedeck’s run --pick
(its D-095), which runs each trial on one host it chooses from the
executor’s target set instead of on every host the target names.
Every option is optional and maps to the run flag of the same name;
spacedeck validates the values and documents how it ranks the hosts it
admits. A pick that admits no host runs nothing, and the trial fails with
spacedeck’s no_eligible_host refusal.
