Variants

Times(f64)

A multiplicative spread: seed [center / f, center * f], sampled logarithmically. Written times on every user-facing surface (§6.5).

Plus(f64)

An additive spread: seed [center - d, center + d], sampled linearly. Written plus on every user-facing surface (§6.5).
