A post-terminal, trial-scoped state replacement.

This is intentionally separate from owner-fenced mutation: held-out reevaluation appends its fan after the trial has reached a terminal state, when no owner token remains valid. The lifecycle backend still owns the write so raw CRUD cannot bypass trial scope or the constraint-arity gate.

Fields

trial: TrialId

The terminal trial receiving the state.

scope: Scope

The exact trial-owned state scope.

blob: StateBlob

The typed state blob to replace atomically.
