token: TrialOwnerToken

The owner/epoch fence.

outcome: TerminalOutcome

The terminal result to commit.

operation: OperationId

The lifecycle operation this call belongs to, for cross-process correlation. OperationId::NONE when the caller has none — an honest gap, never a fabricated correlation.
