The file whose //! documentation is the specification.

heading: &'static str

The page heading this source’s material goes under.

lead: &'static str

Prose of ours, introducing it and citing the source.

publish: &'static [&'static str]

The #-level sections to publish, in the order the source declares them.

skip: &'static [(&'static str, &'static str)]

The #-level sections deliberately left out, and why. Listing them is what makes an unrecognised section an error instead of a guess.
