Gathers one child invocation’s typed inputs from the executor environment.

Errors

Returns SpikeError::Oniro if a required environment variable is missing or malformed, including an invalid objective or episode count. Returns SpikeError::Io if the base configuration cannot be read, or SpikeError::ResourceCap if it is larger than MAX_CONFIG_BYTES.
