Struct StudyObservation
pub struct StudyObservation { /* private fields */ }Expand description
A read-only observation of one study in the viewer’s display model.
The seam other crates use to show a study they own without handing the
viewer any mutable optimizer state: build it from a hydrated
StudySnapshot, rebuild it whenever the
owner takes a new snapshot, and paint it with the viewer’s own charts.
Implementations§
§impl StudyObservation
impl StudyObservation
pub fn from_snapshot(
name: impl Into<String>,
source: impl Into<String>,
snapshot: &StudySnapshot,
) -> Result<Self>
pub fn from_snapshot( name: impl Into<String>, source: impl Into<String>, snapshot: &StudySnapshot, ) -> Result<Self>
Builds the display model from one snapshot. name labels the study and
source describes where the observation came from.
§Errors
An importance computation failure.
pub fn paint_history(&self, ui: &Ui, rect: Rect)
pub fn paint_history(&self, ui: &Ui, rect: Rect)
Paints the optimization-history chart (objective values and the
best-so-far curve against trial number) into rect.
