Evaluates one executor-owned child while retaining the executor’s process
group ownership for nested oniro_cli processes.
The outer atune::exec::Subprocess owns the group. Its timeout cleanup
therefore reaches both this worker and every nested train/eval descendant;
this function must only be used from that worker, never as a stand-alone
process entry point.
§Errors
Returns the same materialization, runtime, metric, and deadline errors as
evaluate_child.
