Session

Struct Session

pub struct Session {
    pub controller: Controller,
    pub pace: Pace,
    pub reduced_motion: bool,
    /* private fields */
}
Expand description

The controller plus everything a frame needs to present it.

Fields§

§controller: Controller

The run being shown.

§pace: Pace

How quickly a running study advances.

§reduced_motion: bool

Whether to skip decorative animation (prefers-reduced-motion).

Implementations§

§

impl Session

pub const fn new( controller: Controller, pace: Pace, reduced_motion: bool, ) -> Self

Wraps a controller.

pub fn advance(&mut self, now: f64) -> Option<f64>

Advances a running study by at most one transaction if its pace allows one at time now (seconds). Returns how long to wait before the next frame should run, or None when nothing is scheduled.

pub fn show(&mut self, ui: &mut Ui) -> bool

Paints the heatmap and the history chart into the remaining space of ui. Returns whether a decorative animation wants another frame.
