One transaction as the demo shows it: a trial run, or a paused trial’s resumed remainder.
Fields§
§number: u64The per-study trial number (from 0).
sampler_seed: u64The per-trial sampler seed derived from the study seed and number.
params: Vec<f64>Parameter values, in crate::problem::Problem::bounds order.
value: f64The objective value: the told value of a completed trial, else its last report.
cost: Option<f64>CARBS’s declared cost, the second objective.
best_so_far: Option<f64>The lowest completed value up to and including this transaction.
outcome: TrialOutcomeHow the transaction ended.
origin: TrialOriginWhere its trial came from.
policy: Option<[f64; 5]>For cart-pole, the trained policy’s weights when the transaction ended.
